Cancellation or change of booking and refund
The reservation is non-cancellable. If you are unable to stay at the Maristesi, you will be issued with a voucher of equal value to be used within 365 days.
A change of reservation is possible if communicated at least 30 days prior to arrival and for periods in which the same rate is applicable, after which a voucher of equal value will be issued for use within 365 days.
Check-in is from 16.30 to 20.00. Any needs regarding Check-in, can be arranged a few days before the arrival date, by sending an e-Mail request to: email@example.com.
Special Check-in requirements will be subject to a surcharge of Euro 50.00, which will be paid directly at the hotel upon arrival.
We recommend communicating your arrival time at the facility.
Guests are required to hand in their identity documents upon arrival for registration, unless they have been previously sent by e-mail for express check-in.
You will also be asked for your credit card number as a guarantee for any extras and/or damage and theft within your room.
Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 a.m.
Check-out requirements can be arranged a few days before the departure date. A late Check-out will be personally assessed.
For late check-out, there is a surcharge of 50% of the daily rate, unless otherwise agreed.

The minimum age for renting a room is 18.
Minors who are not accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult must present a photocopy of a parental identity document with signed free-form authorisation.
Children & minors
Parents (or those legally exercising parental authority) are responsible for the acts performed by their minor children within the facility and are required not to leave them alone in the rooms and various areas of the facility.
It is recommended to respect the time slots 23:00 – 08:00 and 14:00 – 16:00, times when rest is expected.
Room cleaning is carried out daily by 14:00 if the room is vacated by the guest, otherwise, if the room is occupied, cleaning will be carried out the following day. Linen and towels are changed midweek.
It is also recommended that whenever you leave the room, you lock the door and check that the windows are securely closed.
The Maristesi Management is not liable for the loss of objects and/or valuables of guests.
Each guest is obliged to take care of his or her own belongings (use the safe in the room).
It is forbidden to smoke inside the premises and to connect to the electrical system any electrical appliance brought along, with the exception of the electric shaver.
Damages & Subtractions
The customer undertakes to respect the premises and the objects contained therein.
Anyone who causes damage to the building, movable property, equipment, etc. is held legally liable within the framework of the regulations in force.
Theft and intentional damage will be reported immediately.
It is forbidden to take anything from outside the hotel into the rooms or premises. The value of stolen items will be charged to our Guests.
The deposit is due in the following ways::
- By bank transfer, to the extent of 50% of the amount of the stay.
- By issuing a credit card number, with its expiry date, as guarantee.
The room balance can be paid by cheque, debit card, credit card or cash in an amount not exceeding € 999.00.
In the event that the guest is unable to occupy the room on the day booked due to travel difficulties, strikes, delays or personal reasons, no refund will be given.
In the event of early departure, the customer will be required to pay the room rate for the entire stay booked.
In both cases, a stay voucher of equal value will be granted. The company will make every effort to guarantee the requested period.
Amendments to the Regulation
The management reserves the right to amend these regulations for reasons of expediency
and operation of services by posting changes at reception and publishing them on the website hotel’s internet.
Failure to comply with one or more points of this Regulation and the rules therein content may lead to the termination of the contract with the associated economic and
resulting legal consequences, subject to reporting also to public authorities in the event of non-compliancemay possibly suggest the commission of an offence.
